Located 40 n.m or 72 kms south of the Mumbai harbour, is the Revdanda harbour.
The Indo Energy Sanegoan Jetty, is a 200 m long Jetty, situated 10 n.m further up the Kundalika River which is also known as the Revdanda creek. The jetty has an available depth of 2.0 metres above C.D and the river’s tidal range varies from 3–4 metres. Ships are required to anchor 6 n.m. from the shore as they draw a draft of over 12 meters. The bulk cargo is then discharged from the ship into barges which travel up the river to the Indo Energy Jetty at Sanegaon.
The port operates only during the fair weather season, i.e. from 15th September to 15th May.
